As part of our customer and service support, we believe that it is beneficial for us to quote a price inclusive of Carriage and Freight. (Incoterms = C&F). The price we offer is a price delivered to most major port destinations worldwide on direct routing. Alternatively, we can deliver to your preferred location within the country of delivery if required.

Xrosswater Ltd's main objective was to design a "preferential" system that would massively reduce shipping costs and we are proud to advise that we are the only manufacturer / supplier capable of shipping in:

1 x 20ft container +- 400 meters x 1.5 meters (approx 1312ft x 5 ft)!

Shipment “Quality & Quantity” Certification

To assist in overcoming the complications of modern day international freight and prevention against, smuggling, dumping, contraband and / or illegal or unlicensed exports, we have incorporated the services of SGS, (Society General Surveillance) who offer pre-shipment quality and quantity inspection and certification. Certification is now mandatory in many countries and this certification often eases the strains involved with Customs & Excise in entering or passing through countries en-route to the final destination.
