As the Xrosswater walkway can be used not only in the mining and industrial world, but also in the leisure and recreational world, we have a number of anchoring or boat mooring options that can be selected for each situation. In the picture to the right, you will see, stainless steel loops which are available in a variety of sizes and shapes and normal deck cleats which are available in different sizes and materials (plastic, steel, alloy).

Hilti Power tools
To assemble the walkway, a couple of the main tools required are a reliable and light weight powerful drill and followed by a lightweight reversible power driver / torque wrench provided by our selected supplier Hilti, known well and supported throughout the industrial world.

Back-up foam to repair punctured units
In case an incident should occur and the float units become punctured by sharp rocks or underwater objects, we offer a back up foam system that can be carried by hand and injected into the float from the surface to prevent the time and sometime awkward task of dismantling a center unit to replace.
